Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah Pendidikan, Pengalaman Kerja dan Keterampilan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Arista Auto Prima Cabang Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 21 (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan rumus solvin adalah 80 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Variabel Pendidikan secara parsial berengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 2) Variabel Pengalaman Kerja secara parsial berengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 3) Variabel Keterampilan Kerja secara parsial berengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 4) Variabel Pendidikan, Pengalaman Kerja dan Keterampilan Kerja memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Arista Auto Prima cab. Lampung.
